I'm already a little crazy so I thought I'd dig a little deeper and try Insanity!

Fighting Through Insanity

My trials, tribulations and stresses through 60 days.

I did it!!!

I woke up feeling physically exhausted today. I contemplated on skipping Insanity and kept trying to ignore the fact that I had to do it. But I finally got myself together, put my running shoes on and did it :D
It was so strenuous but so worth it!

Day 4 - Cardio Recovery

Argh…. everyone said day 4 would be easy. But my upper body is so weak that I really struggled. But I finished it.. and that’s what matters. Looking forward to Monday so that I can have my rest day.

*yawn*

Let’s do this!

Let me introduce myself… my name is Rox.. R to the O  X… Ok no seriously I’m Roxi, I’m a crazy music lover and I’m just trying to get fit and lose weight. So here I am taking the Insanity challenge.

I go to the gym 3/4 times a week doing mostly cardio and some resistance training, but after seeing the infomercials I just knew I had to try Insanity. So I’m now on day 3 wondering whether I’ll make the 60 days. I thought I’d make a blog to motivate myself. I made a video after my workout yesterday and one today so I might as well share them!

:)

KEEP IT MOVING!
